Rumors suggest that the Wii is getting a price cut on May 15th, which will bring the console down to $150. This is great, but I don’t think it will be enough. I feel like most people who wanted a Wii already went out and picked one up. It’s no longer the must have console. Maybe this is Nintendo’s way of getting rid of them, because they’ll be announcing the Wii 2 at E3. I hope that’s what it is because if they think this will give the Wii a second life, they’re sadly mistaken.
