I was so ready to make a sarcastic ”another Call of Duty” post — but after watching this trailer I don’t feel like that would be appropriate. Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 actually looks good (here at Geek Revolt we’re willing to admit defeat) so I’m calling a temporary truce. Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 hits stores on November 13th. Finish the fight! Wait, wrong game…

    you know when i saw this i was blown away i did not expect the to go that rout this is more futuristic than modern warfare

    Yea… having watched this several times, I feel Call of Duty, and more specifically Treyarch, still has a chance. Modern Warfare 3 brought nothing to the table, but Black Ops 2 is looking to keep it going. Moderately futuristic setting, returning of Woods, who everyone thought was dead, plus a lot of tech… I feel that, even though there isn’t a new engine attached to it, Black Ops 2 has a fighting chance to keep the little interest I have in Call of Duty. I do hope for zombies still, without that, Treyarch may get some flack. Again, like many games, time will tell. I do hope that they don’t screw over the PC gamers on this one, else it will take a little while for me to purchase it.
