Game Informer Reveals Gears of War: Judgment Ahead of E3 2012

Well folks it looks like Game Informer let the chainsaw out of the bag early. The new Gears of War game is entitled Gears of War: Judgment and it’s a prequel. Okay, they don’t explicitly state it’s a prequel, but just take a look at Cole — he’s obviously younger here. Also this is being developed by People Can Fly (Bulletstorm).     Having enjoyed the Gears of War trilogy and being a fan of third-person shooters, naturally I’m interested in this upcoming game. I’m pretty sure it’ll be the same-old-same-old, but if the developers stick to the gameplay mechanics and expand on the lore, then there should be no problem… I think.
