Nazo no Kanojo X Episode 12/13 Micro-Review

Nazo no Kanojo X is easily one of the weirdest anime in recent memory, and it has finally come to an end. And while I enjoyed the show for the most part, I’m not sad to see it go. Here are my thoughts on the last two episodes and the series .

Urabe learned to be more careful on the 12th episode. This was a good thing because I always thought her fast scissor work was dangerous. The 13th episode ends things on a heartwarming note. Urabe gets tea with Akira’s sister, and later visits his mother’s grave. Also, we got to see Akira’s father — that was unexpected.

Overall, this was one strange ride. I didn’t mind it at first, but a lot of nothing happened over the past 13 weeks. We could have at least gotten a kiss in the end, but nothing. Nazo no Kanojo X is a solid anime, but you won’t hear me begging for a second season. (Rating: 7/10)
