Major Spoilers Ahead

Training camp is winding down and the kids are starting to fight among themselves. Most of them want to get into the “Top 10” so they can live in the inner walls. Military Police don’t have to fight Titans. As Eren put it, “They’re just improving their Titan-killing skills so they have a chance to get further away from them.” It’s ironic and kind of sad.

Now, I would’ve still enjoyed this if it stopped right there. But something unexpected happens during the last minute. That Super-Titan shows up again and breaks down the wall for a second time.

There hasn’t been any real action up to this point — and this scene fixed that mistake. The tone shifted instantly when the Super-Titan appeared out of thin air (or lightning). Next thing you know Eren and his friends are flying through the air. The action was brief, but spectacular. Their equipment is the true star of the show, though. It’s like Spider-Man with swords.

Next week’s episode should be amazing. Will Eren and the Recon Corps defeat the Titans or experience their first defeat? I’m leaning towards the latter. That Super-Titan’s face was saying, “Come at me bro!” (Rating: 9/10)
